Choosing this sling

Choose a 3 leg sling for loads with three pick points. Adjusters shorten each leg independently to level a load whose center of gravity is off-center or whose pick points are uneven. Foundry hooks have a wide, open throat with no latch, made for large lifting eyes and quick hook-up and release. WLL depends on the sling angle, measured from horizontal: flatter legs carry more tension, so capacity drops from 22,900 lbs at 60° to 13,200 lbs at 30°. Do not rig below 30°.
