Shipping & Return Policy
Most items are shipped in 24 – 48 hours of order placement from our primary shipping facility in Georgia. To get an estimated delivery date, you may reference the UPS transit map on this page. With every order we email an order confirmation that has a tracking number, which provides more detailed shipping information.
Shipments weighing up to 120 pounds will be sent via UPS or another ground service of our choosing. Heavier items will be sent by LTL carrier. Email us at email@example.com if you are interested in an expedited shipping option. We DO NOT ship to any PO Boxes. If orders are being shipped to a temporary guest of a hotel, shipment will be left at front desk. Slings Unlimited, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
When you purchase a product from Slings Unlimited, you are guaranteed it is in new and unused condition. The users of our products, as well as their families and employers, depend upon them to function correctly, thus providing a level of confidence to get the job done safely. To maintain this integrity, it is our general policy to not accept returns. However, we understand there may be instances where exceptions are warranted. It is important to note that there will be a 20% restocking fee associated with an approved return and an RA number must accompany the return. Any qualifying returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in sealable, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Products modified in any way are not returnable. Items returned prior to receiving a Slings Unlimited, LLC issued RA number will be refused. Slings Unlimited, LLC will not be responsible for shipping charges of return items, nor are we responsible for damages that may occur during the shipment back to us. Inspect Before Use
You, the customer, is responsible to immediately inspect each product received. DO NOT USE the product(s) if it appears to not conform to your order or if the product(s) appears to be defective. Contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving item(s) for exchange.
